11. Packages, Plans, Prices & Specifications
SonicBit reserves the right to alter prices, add/ remove packages, storage quantities, network rates, network volumes, and computational capabilities of all services at its sole discretion.
12. Billing and Payment Terms
12.1. Subscription Plans and Fees
Our services are offered on a subscription basis, with various plans available to suit your needs. The subscription fees for each plan are outlined on our website and are subject to change at our discretion. By signing up for a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes associated with your chosen plan.
12.2. Recurring Billing
By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to be charged for the subscription fees on a recurring basis. The billing cycle will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with our cancellation policy outlined below.
12.3. Payment Methods.
We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods specified on our website. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your subscription (including any applicable taxes and other charges). 12.4. Payment Authorization
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and to promptly update all billing information (such as changes in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date) to keep your account current, complete, and accurate. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if you fail to provide accurate billing information.
13. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
13.1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation process outlined on our website or by contacting our customer support team. Please note that cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
Before asking for a refund, please make sure to open support ticket about the issue first. We happy to help for any issue regarding the service. We only refund if our main service is completely not available without any reason, and not able to fix it for more than 7 days. Please note SonicBit provides free service which you can try before upgrading.
The Customer agrees and understands the Refund Policy provided by SonicBit. To prevent abuse, SonicBit reserves the right to refuse future services to any Customer seeking multiple refunds.
13.3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
In the event of a payment dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer support team to resolve the issue. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment through your financial institution without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and may take legal action to recover any fees, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of the chargeback or payment dispute.
By using our services and subscribing to our plans, you agree to be bound by these Billing and Subscription Terms. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by any such modifications or updates.
14. Failure to Pay
14.1. Overdue Accounts
If you fail to pay the subscription fees or any other charges due under your account, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to our services. Overdue accounts may also be subject to a late payment fee at the maximum rate allowed by applicable law.
14.2. Collection Efforts
In the event of a failure to pay, you agree that we may engage in reasonable collection efforts, including but not limited to, engaging third-party collection agencies, reporting delinquent accounts to credit bureaus, and pursuing legal action to recover any outstanding balances.
15. Customer Support
The customer understands that support provided by SonicBit is on an as is, an available basis. SonicBit makes no guarantees that support will be available or able to resolve a customer's problem.
16. Responsibility & Rules.
Users should only use SonicBit for purposes that abides by the law. This includes downloading materials without any limitations, materials that are protected by patent, those who have copyrights, service mark, trade secrets, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. Please do follow our rules. Users are responsible for any content they have downloaded. SonicBit is only a tools/ service for you to use.
Users are forbidden to :
(i) Download illegal files & copyrighted material.
(ii) Download contents that could be used for hacking and cracking.
(iii) Download adult content.
(iv) Or download any materials that violate any regulation and law. We extremely prohibited that.
